On Yogya

On Yogya, many thing had i done. I met my friend, treat them, talked along and went to time zone to spend time. I saw, there is nothing has changed of Yogya. I feel the situation like i was studying in Yogya.

But. My dorm has changed, the member and rule was getting better

On Friday, January 26th '07. We went to TMII (Taman Mini Indonesia Indah). At TMII we visited many "anjungan" or replicate all of Indonesia culture, there are Minangkabau, Dayak, Java, Papua and others. Many thinks we could get at there, everything about Indonesian culture.

After we had visited TMII, at 2.30 PM we separated from the group, we went to Pasar Senen Train Station, and headed to Yogya. Train departed at 8.00 PM and arrived at Yogya tomorrow at 6.00 AM. The trip was good enough.

I released my missing of Yogya.

Dinner in Korean Restaurant

Hups, i have tried Korean Food yesterday, bulgogi, kimchi and soju. Korean Food is spicy and contain much garlic. The taste of kimchi like stale vegetables but if you can be normal with it, it can be delicious because of it's unique taste.

Okay, Now, we talk about bulgogi, the main things of bulgogi is meat, i don't know how they make, but it delicious. We wrap meat by colliflower, and put garlic in it. So put them all to ypur mouth. Its delicious!!

There were many kind of foods that i can't explain because i don't what they name are in Korea. There are many clam and other seafood.

Job Interview Invitations at January 07 Third week

Oh..., what has happened on me, after 2 month i am waiting there is no job interview invitation i got. But, in this week i have gotten many invitation and unfortunately i have i PT. SEIN. I can't imagine i have lost invitation from BNI 46 as programmer, BPD DIY as programmer, PT. Taspen as IT Staff and Band Danamon as IT staff. Why the invitation didn't come earlier.

And today i am too afraid to release my R&D position at PT SEIN. Oh Allah, please give me Your sing, what decision i have to make. I alway believe You will give the best for me.

Naruto Manga

After a long time, at least 6 months, i never read or downloaded naruto manga, but today i do. I use fast internet connection in a place which a i can't tell where is.

I've download at least 30 editions at read it at same time. I've freed my desire to read naruto manga, which has pended for 6 months. The story is more complex and interesting.

PCD Schema & Software Engineering

Yeah, today, i got software engineering training by Jan Warren. This session talks about how to design and make a software, the steps, rules, and tools. This session takes 4 hours, and i thought it seems a little bit bored.

Before Software Engineering, we got PCB Design training by Taufan, he teach us how to design PCB schema using CR-5000, we are designing a PCB but didn't know what for it was. We enjoyed the training because we could implement the lesson directly. This kind of training that we wanted ever.

At last, i will finish this day by spending time until 7.00 PM with browsing at SMART room in PT. SEIN.

Microprocessor & PCB Training

Ups...

Today, i got microprocessor and PCB training. Again, they're boring trainings. Much of subject must be understand in short time, i thought that is impossible. How can, IT graduates can understand about Circuit and PCB design only in 1 week on 8 hours for 1 session each.

Cikarang City

Form January 8th, 2007, i have been in Cikarang.
Okay, i would tell some story about Cikarang.

1. Cikarang is 60 km off from Jakarta
2. If you want to go t Jakarta, it will takes Rp. 30.000,- at minimum
- Rp. 2000,- for angkot from Kos to broadway
- Rp. 9000,- for bus from Cikarang to Blok M
- Rp. 2000,- for bus from blok M to Center Jakarta
3. Everything is expensive
4. Very Hot, even it get Rain, it still hot, Rain's effect only far a minute.
5. To many factory and have 2 indutry area.

Today and so on, i'l try to hold on Cikarang city.

After R & D Session 2

Oh... i miss you my blog. i have loose for a long time because i don't have any free connection (Internet cafe provide low connection and many thing i must do than write a blog).


Okay, today, i am in R&D training, i got interaction book design lesson (off course i don't understand) and C programming language (i got some point in this session). Overview that training is good, but sometimes it make me bore.

Got a Job

At Last, I get a job. I have been waiting this for six month's. Suddenly at early January 2007, i got medicak check up invitation at PT. Samsung Electronics Indonesia, I thought, i missed that chance because they have been late to inform the invitation.

OH my God, this night when i go to internet cafe, i have got 110 Kmph at my ride. Uh...
i feel dizzy and frighteny..., but my adrenaline go high.

I love my purple shogun 125cc, hmmm, this it's first 110 Kmph with me..., i think it can go that.

I Miss Linux

Uh..., since i am being a freelance C programming instructor, i have left my linux box. I forgot about my destination, being a java and C++ programmer, i know, i am not expert about both.

I must have more practice with my Java and C++ plus Linux, hueuheueue

Transkrip Nilai

Gila..., saya bener-bener gak ngerti, what the fu*king english grammar, Untuk buat judul Tugas Akhir dalam Bahasa Inggris repotnya bukan main... tanya sini-tanya sana.

Hmm, Kayaknya percuma saja saya les TOEFL, untuk bikin judul ta dalam bahasa inggris aja gak percaya diri, hmmm ?????

Btw, ternyata gw gak lulus seleksi administrasi jadi pekerja di BII, udah capek-capek antri, bela-belai nyolot-nyoloy ama petugas Bagian Pendidikan tetapi, hasilnya gak lulus, apa karena bahasa inggris kurang bagus, tampilan CV tidak menarik, ato gak punya pengalaman kerja :), uh... i'm no qualified person....

Sedikit Senyuman

Pukul 14.15 hari ini, Yogyakarta Hujan dengan derasnya :), Saya pergi ke Kampus untuk mengambil transkrip nilai dan mem-fotokopi transkrip tersebut.

14.30 saya sampai dikampus dan syukurlah transkrip tersebut telah jadi setelah menunggu ketidak jelasan selama 4 hari. Langsung saja saya fotokopi di PERPUSTAKAAN JURUSAN KIMIA UGM, kebetulan disana ada mesin fotokopi dan dekat pengajaran, saya memilih tempat itu karena disitulah yang terdekat dan hujan semakin deras.

Ternyata seperti sebelumnya NONA-NONA penjaga disana sama sekali TIDAK RAMAH, tapi saya tetap tabah demi transkrip saya di fotokopi :). Tetapi untuk melegelisir dibutuhkan map untuk meletakkan berkas-berkas tersebut dan pegawai di pengajaran tidak mau menerima tanpa map, its okay, that's reasonable.

Kemudian saya balik ke PERPUSTAKAAN JURUSAN KIMIA UGM dan bertemu dengan NONA-NONA yang TIDAK RAMAH, bayangkan saja nanya baik-baik tapi di jawab dengan ketus. Mak benar-benar dongkol rasanya kalo dijawab dengan baik-baik sih gak apa-apa. Akhirnya saya harus berhujan-hujan ria ke fotokopi di FISIKA UGM yang ternyata di sana ada map, dan ORANG yang menjaga di sana RAMAH-RAMAH setidaknya dengan keramah-tamahan mereka rasa dongkol karena basah sedikit berkurang.

Sekarang saya tidak habis pikir apakah untuk menjadi RAMAH itu begitu berat dan mahalnya padahal gaji-gaji mereka juga dibayar dari uang SPP dan BOP kami yang mahalnya selangit (saya kira begitu deh). Apakah begitu berat untuk memberi senyuman ke pada pelanggan???

Oh.., Saya tidak mengerti..

Pusing Spring Layout

Setelah bertualang dengan Java Programming, akhirnya ditemukan sebuah layout yang sangat mantap dan keren, yaitu Spring Layout. Udah dicoba tutuorialnya dan ternyata hasilnya sangat memuaskan untuk meletakkan posisi-posisi container di Java.

Namun, pada saat percobaan menggunakan JPanel ternyata component-component tidak ditampilkan, lansung jadi pusing. Dan kemudian saya coba ganti layout JPanel tersebut dengan yang lai seperti FlowLayout ato BoxLayout, dan hasinya component-component tersebut bisa ditampilkan.

Yang Bikin pusing kalo digunakan pada contentPane, ato Container pada JFrame spring layout bisa ditampilkan dengan hasil yangmemuaskan.

Sampai penulisan ini saya belum menemukan solusinya. Masih tetap penasaran :((

TOEFL

Hui-hui... sungguh tidak disangka-sangka...., dari prediction TOEFL test yang saya lakukan saya dapat score 473, mungkin angka tersebut masih kecil atau rendah bagi orang lain, tetapi bagi saya itu sudah cukup tinggi, karena menurut prediksi saya kemungkinan score yang saya dapatkan hanya 350 paling tinggi.

Semoga untuk kelanjutannya saya akan mencoba untuk meningkatkannya

JAVA vs .NET

Saya lagi pusing tujuh kepalang sekarang, jujur saja saya belum menguasai bahasa pemrograman secara expert. Namun untuk mengikuti kebutuhan pasar saya menyimpulkan bahwa bahasa pemrograman yang paling banyak diminta adalah teknologi Java dan .Net, beranjak dari situ saya ingin memfokuskan pada satu bahasa pemrograman saja.

Tetapi, sampai saat ini saya tidak bisa memilih karena kedua teknologi tersebut masih sama-sama kuat
dan di hati saya masih bimbang, secara hati saya lebih menyukai C++ .NET tetapi yang lebih mudah dipelajari adalah Java. Sejujurnya saya masih sangat pemula sekali dalam pemrograman dari bahasa yang saya kuasai C/C++, Java, J2ME, PHP semuanya hanya berada di Intro saja. Hal ini disebabkan karean dari awal saya tidak mempunyai pendirian yang kuat dalam memilih, ketetapan hati selalu berubah sesuai dengan isu.

Mulai saat ini saya akan mencoba untuk fokus pada satu bahasa pemrograman dan menjadi expert di sana dan saat ini saya hanya ingin ke Java atau .Net dan saya masih bimbang. Hisk, namun saya akan mencoba Java terlebih dahulu karena lebih mudah. Semoga Allah bisa memberikan aku sebuah pilihan yang tetap dan dengan pilihan tersebut bisa dijadikan pedoman dalam hidup saya.
